Citizen Academy Application

To ensure the safety of all Academy attendees, we require a detailed application. To complete this form you will need to provide residency and employment information, your driver’s license number, 1 reference and emergency contact information. Please have this information on hand before starting. The form takes most people less than 15 minutes to complete. All information is private and for exclusive use of Academy enrollment and is not shared outside the Sheriff’s Department.
