Please read the following for vital information and instructions before scheduling:

NOTICE TO BUSINESSES Only individual Douglas County Residents may schedule for a fingerprint after account registration. A business or organization cannot schedule multiple people by registering one person. Attempts to do this will be denied. Each Douglas County resident who wishes to schedule a fingerprint must register an account individually and schedule their own appointment.

Fingerprints are done by appointment for Douglas County residents only. There is no charge, but proof of residency and photo ID are required. Please bring BOTH proof of residency and a photo ID with you for your appointment. Fingerprints will NOT be done without BOTH of these items.

NOTICE! Please bring BOTH proof of Douglas County residency AND a Photo ID with you for your appointment. Please also bring any additional paperwork provided to you regarding your fingerprinting.

You can schedule your appointment 24 hours and up to 60 days in advance using the provided scheduling calendar.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, you may be contacted to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have technical difficulties you can contact the Webmaster using the Webmaster Contact form HERE.
